Pre-registration is required for Elementary Faith Formation. You may register online at this website by clicking on "Parish Forms". If you are new to the Parish, please fill out the form completely.
If you are re-registering for this upcoming years classes, please submitt as 'updated form'. PLEASE indicate in the comment box what information you are updating and who you are re-enrolling. If you are adding a new participant, include their information on the registration form as a dependent. Be sure to include FAMILY NAME so we know who is re-registering.
You may also pick up a copy of the registration form to fill out for new registration or re-registration. These are available in the Parish Office, the Gathering Space or the Parish Hall.
There is a $30 per student fee for up to 4 children per family. (There is a separate $40 fee for preschoolers) Fee is due before classes start in October. Arrangements can be made if this isn't possible.
Classes for Kindergarten and 1st – 5th Grade are offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:30–7:30pm. Classes run from the first Wed. in October through the end of April and concludes with the Living Rosary on the 1st Wed. of May.

WEATHER ALERT:
When the Sumner School District is closed or dismisses early because of weather conditions, Faith Formation events will be canceled. As always, use your best judgment if conditions worsen after school is normally dismissed.
